Are Q+A products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, all Q+A products are 100% cruelty-free. The vast majority of our range is also vegan-friendly, with the exception of a few products containing beeswax.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor its progress.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products. If you experience an adverse reaction, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
